Int'l community should take notice of terrorism in India: Abid Sher Ali

ISLAMABAD, Nov 24 (APP): Minister of State for Water and Power, Abid Sher Ali Tuesday urged the international community and human rights organization to take notice of terrorism and extremism activities in India.
Talking to media persons outside the Parliament House, the minister said that so many major terrorist incidents took place in India but the international human rights organizations were silent.Abid Sher Ali said that even the Indian ministers were involved in terrorism which was reflecting the bad governance of Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s government.
“Today Indian actors, poets, writers, intellectuals and general public are talking about to leave India which is a serious issue,” the minister added.
To a question, the minister said that Karachi operations did not have any link with the Local Government (LG) elections in the port city, adding that the operation was against target killers and terrorists.
Regarding the local government elections in Islamabad, he said that local government elections were the right of the people of capital that would further strengthen democracy.
