ISLAMABAD, Jun 9 (APP): Spokesperson of the Foreign Ministry
of China Hong Lei Thursday said that Pakistan has made enormous efforts to combat terrorism and support the Afghan reconciliation process.
“The international community should fully recognize that and
respect Pakistan’s sovereignty and territorial integrity,” the spokesperson said in response to the Pakistan’s statement about US drone strike on May 21, according to a statement received here.
The Quadrilateral Coordination Group is formed to create
enabling conditions for the Afghan reconciliation process. All relevant parties should pull together for that goal, the spokesperson added.
