Interior Minister Pays Tribute to Captain Hamza Akram Shaheed for Sacrificing His Life Fighting Militants in Hangu

ISLAMABAD, Aug 08 (APP):Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi has paid rich tribute to Captain Hamza Akram Shaheed, who embraced martyrdom while bravely confronting militants in Hangu, and expressed his heartfelt condolences to the bereaved family.
In his message, Naqvi said the brave son of Pakistan had demonstrated extraordinary courage in the line of duty by killing seven militants and foiling their nefarious designs.
“Captain Hamza Akram Shaheed’s determination and spirit are the true strength of the nation,” the interior minister said, paying homage to the officer who laid down his life in defence of the country.
Naqvi said every drop of blood shed by Captain Hamza and other martyrs was a guarantee of Pakistan’s protection and security. He said the sacrifices of the country’s brave soldiers reflected their unwavering commitment to defending the motherland against those seeking to undermine its peace and stability.
“Captain Hamza sacrificed his precious life for the motherland and attained the exalted status of martyrdom,” Naqvi said, adding that the courage and devotion demonstrated by the fallen officer would continue to inspire the nation.
The interior minister expressed his deepest sympathy and condolences to the family of Captain Hamza Akram Shaheed, saying that the entire nation stood with the bereaved family in their hour of grief.
He said the sacrifice of Captain Hamza would never be forgotten and that the martyred officer would always remain alive in the hearts of the Pakistani people.
Naqvi paid tribute to all the martyrs who had made the ultimate sacrifice for the country, saying their courage, devotion and blood had strengthened the foundations of Pakistan’s security. The nation, he added, would continue to honour the sacrifices of its brave sons and remain indebted to those who gave their lives to protect the homeland
