Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi Expresses Grief Over Senator Irfan Siddiqui’s Passing

ISLAMABAD, Nov 11 (APP):Federal Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi has expressed deep sorrow over the passing of Senator Irfan Siddiqui.

In his condolence message, the minister extended heartfelt sympathy to the bereaved family and paid rich tribute to the late senator’s distinguished services in journalism and politics.

“Irfan Siddiqui was a torchbearer of high traditions both in journalism and in public life,” Naqvi said, adding that his valuable contributions will always be remembered.

Praying for the departed soul, Minister Naqvi said, “May Allah Almighty grant the departed soul a place in His eternal mercy and give strength to the bereaved family to bear this loss with fortitude. Ameen.”
