ISLAMABAD, Mar 14 (APP):Minister of State for Revenue, Hamad Azhar on Thursday said Modi’s politics was based on extremism which had jeopardized the peace of the region.
The Indian government should look into the affairs of its state where people were facing a number of problems, he stated while talking to a private news channel.
A number of movements were also going on in Indian states, which was an alarming situation for Modi’s government, he said.
Indian-Muslim conflicts had always benefited Modi’s party, which had gotten votes from their people by using anti-Pakistan slogans, he added.
Commenting on Bilawal’s anti-state speech, he said Pakistan Peoples Party leader Bilalwal Bhutto should avoid speaking against the country.
He said whenever national accountability bureau speed up the process of investigation against the PPP corruption cases, the party started creating hype on 18th amendment.
About the overbilling in gas sector, he said directives had been issued to adjust the excessive bill in next month.
Expressing his government’s efforts in the economic and other sectors, he said the PTI leadership had to take concrete measures to steer the country out of the economic challenges.
He said steps had also been taken to bring the inflation and sales tax rate down.
In reply to another question about devaluation of Pakistani rupee, he said the currency had started weakening during the period of PML-N government.
