MIRPUR, Mar 06 (APP):Prime Minister Azad Jammu and Kashmir, Raja Muhammad Farooq Haider Khan said Tuesday that the repeated Indian aggression on the line of Control (LOC) in the form of unprovoked and targeted firing was an abortive attempt to divert attention of the world from human rights violations the Indian occupation forces were committing in Indian held Kashmir.
During his visit to Indian firing hit forward areas close to the LOC in Tattapani and other sectors in Kotli district of the state, the Prime Minister said the continued unprovoked firing by Indian troops along the LOC on civilians may lead to the direct India-Pakistan conflict on the frontiers including LOC and the working boundary.
He said if India does not stop firing on the LOC at civilians then we shall respond it. “I myself will fight, India should not take it as our weakness, Pakistan and Kashmir are Integral parts of one body”, he said.
Raja Farooq Haider Khan said Kashmir Issue is recognized by International community as the issue of right to self-determination in accordance with United Nations’ resolutions on Kashmir and International Community has pledged with the people of Kashmir to honour their right to plebiscite.
The AJK Prime Minister said Pakistan is the only advocate of Kashmiri people of their just struggle of right to self determination.
He said in past, all governments of Pakistan always provided the moral, political and diplomatic support to the Kashmiri people fighting against the Indian occupation since 70 years.
“Pakistan has also provided Capital resources for the development of the state generously and the incumbent federal government has allocated historical developmental budget for AJK in this running financial year of 2017-18.
He condemned the ongoing Indian atrocities in the occupied Kashmir. He said Kashmir is unfinished agenda of the partition of Sub Continent and India had occupied Jammu & Kashmir forcibly, he added.
