ISLAMABAD, July 13 (APP): India cannot suppress the voice
of Kashmiris – who were struggling for their just right of
self-determination – by using brutal force and committing
human rights violations in the Indian Occupied Kashmir (IOK).

Advisor to the Prime Minister on Foreign Affairs Sartaj
Aziz while talking to a private television channel on Wednesday said Pakistan had expressed its concern over the
recent spate of Indian violence in IOK in which over 30 persons, including a Kashmiri leader Burhan Wani, were killed and around 300 injured.

He said Pakistan was raising the issue of Indian forces’
brutalities in IOK at international fora ,including the United
Nations Human Rights Council, Organization of Islamic
Conference (OIC), the European Union and others.

Sartaj Aziz said Pakistan was trying to mobilize the
international community and awakening their conscience on the issue of continued human rights violations in the Indian
Occupied Kashmir.

He said the international community should come forward
and honour their promises of resolving the lingering Kashnir
dispute in accordance with the United Nations resolutions.

The Advisor said Pakistan would continue to support the
legitimate struggle of Kashmiris, who were fighting for their
just right of self-determination.
