ISLAMABAD, July 26 (APP):Independent candidate Muhammad Tahir has won election from Punjab Assembly constituency PP-282 Layyah-III by securing 37,607 votes. According to unofficial results announced by the Election Commission of Pakistan, PTI candidate Qaiser Abbas Khan stood second by getting 26,992 votes. The third position was grabbed by PMLN candidate Muhammad Riaz with 25,556 votes. Voter turnout was recorded at 64.17%.
