KOHAT, DEC 21 (APP)::State Minister for Interior, Shehryar Khan Afridi and Advisor to Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) Chief Minister Ziaullah Bangash on Friday inaugurated gas supply scheme to Mohmad Zai Union Council.
Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) District President Aftab Alam, former Law Minister Shahid Qureshi General Manager SNGPL, party workers and a large number of people were also present on the occasion.
Speaking on this occasion, Shehryar Afridi said he would remove sense of deprivation in Kohat and other northern districts and vowed to supply gas to all areas.
He also announced gas supply schemes for Usterzai Bala, Usterzai Payan, Kachay Maraee, Khushal Garh, Ziarat Shiekh Allah Dad, Cholakay and Shahpur areas. He said the government would ensure due rights of all citizens without any discrimination.
The state minister said Prime Minister Imran Khan was the strongest Prime Minister in the history of the country, who talked to international community with equality.
He thanked Prime Minister Imran Khan and KP Chief Minister Mehmood Khan for giving important portfolio of interior and education to the elected representatives from Kohat. He lauded sacrifices and services of armed forces, police and other security organizations for bringing peace in the country.
Ziaullah Bangash said that with the supply of gas scheme they have fulfilled pledge made during elections. He said that PTI government would fulfill all its promises to facilitate the public at large.
He appreciated the efforts of Shehryar Afridi and said he had pledged to supply gas to all areas of his constituency.
