Imran hell-bent on creating anarchy in country: Fazl

NOWSHERA, Oct 27 (APP): JUI-F chief Maulana Fazl-ur-Rehman Thursday said Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf (PTI) Chairman Imran Khan was hell-bent on creating anarchy in the country by locking down Islamabad but he would not be allowed to succeed in his plans.
Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif would continue to serve the country till the completion of his mandated period, he said addressing JUI Youth Conference at Azakhel.
The Jamiat Ulema-i-Islam-Fazl (JUI-F) leader said nobody would be allowed to derail the democratic system in the country and the JUI-F workers would impede all unconstitutional, illegal and unlawful activities against the elected government.
Maulana Fazl announced waging of ‘Jihad’ against elements who were trying to dislodge a democratic government through unconstitutional ways. Imran was trying to make hurdles in the country’s economic development at the behest of United States and its allies, but the nation would not let him to do so, he added.
The PTI’s November 2 sit-in, he said, would fail like the previous ones as change could not be brought through ‘dancing on containers and blocking main cities’. Change of government could only be brought through parliament, he added.
He stressed upon the youth to rise against the western culture. Today the western culture in shape of Imran Khan was making inroad in the society but religious forces would foil all such attempts, he added.
He said the JUI-F would hold its centennial celebrations on April 7-9, 2017 which would be attended by delegates from across the world.
