ISLAMABAD, Feb 17 (APP):Deputy Chairman Earthquake Reconstruction and Rehabilitation Authority (ERRA) Brig Abubakr Bajwa Wednesday said the construction work on New Balakot City could not resume due to continued illegal occupation of the project site.
