ISLAMABAD, Nov 27 (APP):The Islamabad High Court (IHC) on Thursday scheduled Justice Tariq Mehmood’s degree case for hearing on December 1.
According to the cause list issued by the High Court, a division bench comprising Chief Justice Sarfaraz Dogar and Justice Azam Khan will hear the case.
It should be noted that according to the instructions of the Supreme Court, the High Court has to first decide whether the matter is hearable or not.
The Supreme Court had ordered that the point of admissibility should be decided at the beginning of the hearing, after which further progress can be made in the case.
Earlier, this case was scheduled for hearing on November 25, but it was postponed without any action.
