ISLAMABAD, Jan 09 (APP):The Islamabad High Court (IHC) on Friday started routine functions after the end of the winter vacations.
The registrar’s office issued judges’ duty roster for today, January 9, after the vacations.
During the winter vacations, judges heard only emergency cases.
The Registrar’s Office released the judges’ duty roster for January 9. Six single and one special tax division bench was available yesterday to hear case.
The division bench hearing tax cases consists of Justice Babar Sattar and Justice Saman Riffat Imtiaz. The single bench of both judges has been abolished once again.
Justice Mohsin Akhtar Kayani and Justice Sardar Ijaz Ishaq were not available. Next week’s judges’ duty roster will be released later.
