ISLAMABAD, Jul 25 (APP):The Islamabad High Court (IHC) on Thursday served notices to respondents in a petition seeking permission to hold protest outside national press club Islamabad.
IHC Justice Saman Raffat Imtiaz heard the case filed by PTI’s Aamer Mughal.
Petitioner’s lawyer Shoaib Shaheen Advocate argued that his client party wanted to hold a peaceful protest for one hour outside press club. They have given application to deputy commissioner ICT but decision is yet taken on it.
The court sought comments from district administration and adjourned case till tomorrow.
