ISLAMABAD, Jan 20 (APP):The Islamabad High Court (IHC) on Tuesday fixed the case seeking closing of the X-account of the founder of PTI for hearing on January 21. The court has sought responses from the National Cyber ??Crime Agency and other parties. Justice Arbab Muhammad Tahir of the Islamabad High Court will hear the petition of Shehri Ghulam Murtaza.
The court had said in the written order of the previous hearing that the Adiala Jail authorities have already submitted their response, the other parties should also submit their responses.
Salman Akram Raja is pursuing the case on behalf of the founder of PTI, while Barrister Zafarullah Shehri is the lawyer of Ghulam Murtaza.
