ISLAMABAD, Feb 23 (APP): The Islamabad High Court (IHC) on Monday ruled, during hearing of a family case, that a gift given to the wife by her husband cannot be taken back and there is no such tradition.
Justice Mohsin Akhtar Kayani heard the case against the decision of a family court filed by a citizen Muhammad Shaban.
The court ruled that the Islam also does not allow it to take back the gift from wife.
The petitioner has filed a petition against the decision of the Family Court. The IHC bench reserved the decision on the appeal against the decision of the Family Court.
