ISLAMABAD, Jul 09 (APP):The Islamabad High Court (IHC) on Wednesday disposed of a petition regarding the recovery of a citizen Muhammad Ashraf.
Justice Inaam Ameen Minhas heard the case filed by a citizen Sharafat seeking recovery of his brother.
During hearing, DSP Legal Islamabad police presented the police report according to which Muhammad Ashraf is arrested in a robbery case registered by Secretariat Police Station. The concerned court sent the accused to jail on May 23, in the same case and later he was also granted post arrest bail.
The court disposed of the missing person’s case after the police report was produced.
