IESCO notifies power suspension programme
ISLAMABAD, May 06 (APP):The Islamabad Electric Supply Company (IESCO) on Wednesday issued a power suspension programme for Thursday in various areas of its region due to necessary maintenance and routine development work.
According to an IESCO spokesperson, in Islamabad Circle, electricity supply will remain suspended from 07:00 am to 11:00 am in Pir Sohawa, I-8/4, I-8 Markaz, CCC-II, Fazaia, CWO, G-10 Markaz, Category House, G-10 Muave Area and surrounding localities.
Similarly, in Rawalpindi City Circle, power supply will remain disrupted from 07:00 am to 11:00 am in areas fed by Dk. Chaudhrian, Peshawar Road, Millatabad, Charing Cross, NRC, COB Lane, Askari-XI and Golra feeders.
In Attock Circle, electricity supply will remain suspended from 07:00 am to 11:00 am in areas connected to Shafi Chohan and Burhan feeders.
Meanwhile, in GSO Circle, power supply will remain suspended from 08:00 am to 06:00 pm on 132-KV Chakwal–Bhagwal–Talagang and 132-KV Kahuta City–Palandri lines and their adjoining areas.
The IESCO management apologizes to its esteemed customers for the power outage. If the work is completed ahead of time, the power supply can be restored even before the scheduled time.
