IESCO notifies power suspension programme

The Islamabad Electric Supply Company (IESCO) on Friday issued a power suspension programme for Saturday and Sunday on several feeders due to ongoing development works being carried out by the district administration. 

ISLAMABAD, Oct 09 (APP):The Islamabad Electric Supply Company (IESCO) on Friday issued a power suspension programme for Saturday and Sunday on several feeders due to ongoing development works being carried out by the district administration.
According to an IESCO spokesperson, electricity supply will remain suspended  in GSO Circle from 06:00 AM to 03:00 PM, Pindi Point, Barriyan, Public Health, Gharial, PAF, Upper Topa, Lora, Patriata, Company Bagh, Cecil Resotor, Lora-2, MCM, TDCP, Kohala, Sunny Bank, Kuldana, PC, Dheer Kot, Chaman Kot, Dana Express, Dahla, Komi Kot, Chattar Kallas-1, Chattar Kallas-II, Desto, PAEC, from 08:30 AM to 12:30 PM, Power Transformer T-1 at 132kv GSS Tarnawa, from 12:30 PM to 04:30 PM, Power Transformer T-2 at 132kv GSS Tarnawa, feeders.
On Sunday, power supply will remain suspended in Islamabad Circle from 07:00 AM to 02:00 PM, Chatta Bakhtawar, Taramri, CM Pak Zong, Kurri, Rehara, Park Enclave-1, Kund Rajgan, Scheme-1, King Hammad, PHA-1, Isolation Hospital, IT Park, ISI, feeders. In GSO Circle electricity supply will remain suspended from 06:00 AM to 09:00 AM,  O/G Behkari, Line Park, Mangon, Millat Chowk, Keryala, Jamalwal, Alqaim Mill, Sarkal, KSM-II, Alqadier Mill, KSM-I, Bhone, PAF, KSM-3, Alrizwan Mill, Hasil, Neela, Pipli, Kot Chaudhrian, Balkasar, Kasral, Dullah,  from 06:00 AM to 03:00 PM, Pindi Point, Barriyan, Public Health, Gharial, PAF, Upper Topa, Lora, Patriata, Company Bagh, Cecil Resotor, Lora-2, MCM, TDCP, Kohala, Sunny Bank, Kuldana, PC, Dheer Kot, Chaman Kot, Dana Express, Dahla, Komi Kot, Chattar Kallas-1, Chattar Kallas-II, Desto, PAEC, from 09:00 AM to 01:00 PM,  Power Transformer T-1 at 132 KV GSS NDC-II, feeders.
IESCO management apologized to its valued consumers for this temporary interruption in electricity supply.
The sole purpose of these shutdowns was to facilitate the timely completion of development projects included construction of flyovers , underpasses, installation of new 11kV feeders, road widening and other related development activities. For the convenience of consumers, temporary electricity shutdown schedules were also uploaded on IESCO’s official website, www.iesco.com.pk, and its official social media platforms, including Facebook (IESCO Updates) and Twitter/X (IESCO Official Pk).
