The Islamabad Electric Supply Company (IESCO) on Wednesday issued a power suspension programme for Thursday in various areas of its region due to necessary maintenance and routine development work.

ISLAMABAD, Aug 26 (APP): The Islamabad Electric Supply Company (IESCO) on Wednesday issued a power suspension programme for Thursday in various areas of its region due to necessary maintenance and routine development work.
According to an IESCO spokesperson, Islamabad Circle, electricity supply will remain suspended, from 6 am to 10 am, Navy-1, Sowan Garden-I, Sowan Garden-II, from 8 am to 12 pm, Pir Sohawa, Numble, feeders.
In Rawalpindi Cantt Circle, power supply will remain suspended from 5 am to 10 am, Jhata Hatyal, Bhal, Jarrar Camp, from 6 am to 10 am, Sagri, Gracy Line, RIC, Takbeer-I, Dhoke Farman Ali, Tipu Road, Jahangir road, Rahimabad, Rehmatabad-1, PAF, Chaklala, feeders. Similarly, in Rawalpindi City Circle, power supply will remain suspended from 6 am to 10 am, BBH, Benazir Bhutto Hospital, Sector-IV, APHS, Tehmasamabad, Dhoke Hukam Dad, feeders.
In Attock Circle,electricity supply will remain suspended from 5 am to 12 pm, Hussain Abad, Industrial Estate Bahtar, from 6 am to 10 am, Attock Rural, Teen Mela, Bagh Nelab, GBHP Colony-1, GBHP Colony-2, GBHP Power Channel, Pind Parian, MPCHS B-17, Cabinat, Saray Kharboza, Vally, Sangjani, Shah Allah Ditta, Gulshan-e-Sehat, Paswal, feeders.
In Jhelum Circle, power supply will remain suspended from 6 am to 10 am, F-9 (Chak Daulat), Jakkar, feeders.
In GSO Circle, from 09:00 am to 04:00 pm, power supply will remain suspended 132kv AWC HMC Taxila and 132KV Sangjani-Burhan, from 08:00 am to 06:00 pm, 132KV Kahuta City- Palandri, 132KV New Wah-Bahtermore along with related earth switch, and surrounding areas.
IESCO apologized to consumers for the temporary inconvenience and said electricity supply would be restored before the scheduled time if the maintenance work was completed earlier than expected.
