The Islamabad Electric Supply Company (IESCO) on Tuesday issued a power suspension programme for Wednesday in various areas of its region due to necessary maintenance and routine development work.

ISLAMABAD, Jun 02 (APP): The Islamabad Electric Supply Company (IESCO) on Tuesday issued a power suspension programme for Wednesday in various areas of its region due to necessary maintenance and routine development work.
According to an IESCO spokesperson, power supply from the Islamabad Circle will remain suspended from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m in Gharial feeder.
In the Rawalpindi Cant. Circle, electricity supply will remain disrupted from 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. in areas served by RIC, Rahimabad feeders. In Rawalpindi City Circle, electricity supply will remain disrupted from 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. in Benazir Bhutto Hospital, Tehmasamabad, Dk Hukam Dad, feeders.
Under the GSO Circle, power supply will remain suspended from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. 132KV New Wah to POF along with related earth switch, from 08:00 am to 06:00 pm, 132-KV Chakwal- Bhagwal- Talagang, 132KV Kahuta City- Palandri, 132KV New Wah-Bahtermore along with related earth switch, and surrounding areas.
IESCO management apologizes to its esteemed customers for the power outage. If the work is completed ahead of time, the power supply can be restored even before the scheduled time.
