The Islamabad Electric Supply Company (IESCO) on Saturday issued a power suspension programme for Sunday in various areas of its region due to necessary maintenance and routine development work.

ISLAMABAD, May 23 (APP): The Islamabad Electric Supply Company (IESCO) on Saturday issued a power suspension programme for Sunday in various areas of its region due to necessary maintenance and routine development work.
According to an IESCO spokesperson, electricity supply will remain suspended in Rawalpindi Cantt Circle, from 6:00 am to 11:00 am, from Mehboob Shaheed, Ex Lawyer, Mohra Nagyal, Fouji Foundation, AOWHS, Morgah and Walyat Complex feeders. In Rawalpindi City Circle, power supply will remain suspended from 6:30 am to 1:00 pm from Chairing Cross, Milatabad, NRC and Askari-XI feeders.
In Attock Circle, electricity supply will remain suspended from 5:00 am to 11:00 am from Gari Afghan, Gudwal-I and Gudwal-II feeders.
In Jhelum Circle, power supply will remain suspended from 7:00 am to 11:00 am from Pakhwal, F-7 (Kutchery), Ajmal Shaheed, Karim Pura, Bilal Town, Abbas Pura, Borian, F-2 (Chip Board), Industrial and F-10 (Kala Base) feeders.
In GSO Circle, from 06:00 am to 03:00 pm, Azad Pattan, from 06:30 am to 01:00 pm, R.A Bazar, AWT, Mall Road, AFIC, Tench Bhatta, MH-3, Qasim Market, CMH-2, Sprint Mall, GHQ, Kiyani Road, Army Flat, MH-1, CMH-1, MH-2, Zeeshan Colony, Haider Road, Canning Road, Hospital Road, N.I.A.S.R, NLC, from 07:00 am to 01:00 pm, 132KV Bus Bar at 132KV GSS POF South, from 08:00 am to 04:00 pm, 132KV New Wah to POF along with related earth switch, from 08:00 am to 06:00 pm, 132-KV Chakwal- Bhagwal- Talagang, 132KV Kahuta City- Palandri, and surrounding areas will remain closed.
IESCO management apologizes to its esteemed customers for the power outage. If the work is completed ahead of time, the power supply can be restored even before the scheduled time.
