ISLAMABAD, Dec 16 (APP):The Islamabad Electric Supply Company (IESCO) has announced that it will hold a Facebook E-Kachery on Wednesday, December 17, to facilitate timely registration and on-the-spot redressal of electricity-related complaints.
According to an IESCO spokesperson, the initiative is being held in line with the vision of Chief Executive Officer IESCO, Engr Chaudhry Khalid Mahmood, to improve customer services through digital platforms.
The E-Kachery will be conducted from 9:30 am to 11:30 am, during which in-charge officers of all operational circles will be available to attend to consumer complaints.
Consumers may register their complaints through the relevant Facebook pages and contact numbers.
For Islamabad Circle, complaints can be lodged at SE IESCO Islamabad E-Kachery (phone: 051-9260194).
For Rawalpindi City Circle, consumers may contact SE IESCO Rawalpindi City E-Kachery (phone: 051-9292675), while for Rawalpindi Cantt Circle, complaints may be registered at SE IESCO Rawalpindi Cantt E-Kachery (phone: 051-9293048).
Similarly, for the Attock Circle, consumers can contact SE IESCO Attock E-Kachery (phone: 051-4950343).
For the Chakwal Circle, the contact number is 0543-668500, and for the Jhelum Circle, complaints can be registered on SE IESCO Jhelum E-Kachery (phone: 0544-9270377).
IESCO has requested consumers to provide their name, billing reference number and contact number while calling the E-Kachery so that complaints can be forwarded promptly to the relevant offices for resolution.
