ISLAMABAD, Aug 21 (APP):Islamabad Capital Territory (ICT) Police have continued psychological testing of officers and personnel to strengthen their mental capabilities, professional performance and overall efficiency under the directives of IGP Islamabad Syed Ali Nasir Rizvi.
An official told APP on Friday that the initiative is aimed at assessing and further improving the psychological preparedness and professional capabilities of police personnel.
The psychological tests are being used to identify areas where officers can further improve their performance and develop the mental skills required to handle professional responsibilities effectively.
The initiative forms part of ICT Police efforts to enhance the capacity of its workforce and bring further improvement in professional policing through better-trained and mentally prepared personnel.
