ISLAMABAD, Mar 30 (APP): Islamabad Capital Territory (ICT) Police, Superintendent of Police (SP) Industrial Area Zone Hasnain Waris chaired a meeting with SDPOs and SHOs of his zone, reviewing performance and directing intensified action against criminal elements.
An official told APP on Monday that the SP Waris reviewed the overall performance of officers and issued clear instructions for a full-scale crackdown against criminals operating in the area.
He said strict action had been directed against illegal weapon holders, drug peddlers, and active gangs, with emphasis on effective and result-oriented operations.
The SP Waris stressed that no leniency would be shown towards those involved in criminal activities, adding that all available resources should be utilized to curb crime and ensure public safety.
He further directed officers to enhance patrolling, strengthen intelligence-based operations, and ensure timely response to incidents.
He also emphasized the importance of coordination among SDPOs and SHOs, directing them to maintain close supervision and improve operational efficiency within their respective jurisdictions./
