ISLAMABAD, Apr 08 (APP): Islamabad administration has announced a two-day closure of five hiking trails, restricting public access on April 9 and 10, 2026.
The decision affects Trail 2, Trail 3, Trail 4, Trail 5, and the trail behind Saidpur Village, as confirmed in an official notice issued on April 8.
According to the notification from the Office of the District Magistrate, all five trails will remain closed for the general public during the stated dates. The order applies across the federal capital and will be implemented by relevant departments.
Officials have been instructed to monitor the situation and enforce the closure.
The administration has not announced any alternative arrangements for visitors during these two days. Residents and visitors are advised to plan accordingly and avoid visiting the listed trails on April 9 and 10.
