ISLAMABAD, Jun 20 (APP):The Inter Boards Coordination Commission (IBCC) has launched IBCC ePay, an online Visa and MasterCard payment facility for international equivalence applicants, enabling fee payments from anywhere in the world through a secure, fast, and convenient digital platform.
The initiative has been introduced to facilitate overseas Pakistanis, international students, and foreign applicants seeking equivalence services from IBCC. Through IBCC ePay, applicants can now make online payments seamlessly without the need for physical banking arrangements, significantly improving accessibility and service delivery.
The launch of IBCC ePay is part of IBCC’s broader digital transformation agenda aimed at enhancing transparency, efficiency, and user convenience in public service delivery.
Speaking on the occasion, Dr. Ghulam Ali Mallah, Executive Director IBCC, stated that the facility has been launched under the special directives and continuous support of the Ministry of Federal Education and Professional Training to facilitate overseas students and applicants worldwide.
Dr. Mallah acknowledged the valuable guidance and encouragement of the Federal Minister for Education and Professional Training and the Federal Secretary Education, whose support made this initiative possible. He further highlighted that the system has been developed entirely in-house by the IBCC team, reflecting the organization’s growing technological capabilities and commitment to innovation.
He appreciated the dedicated efforts of the IBCC IT team for successfully developing and implementing the platform and noted that several additional digital initiatives are currently underway to further simplify procedures, enhance transparency, and improve public facilitation.
IBCC remains committed to leveraging technology to provide efficient, accessible, and citizen-centric services for students and stakeholders across Pakistan and abroad.
