ISLAMABAD, Dec 13 (APP): The New General Aviation Aerodrome in Lahore marked a significant milestone with the successful landing of a twin-engine aircraft, further strengthening its operational credentials shortly after accommodating its first single-engine aircraft.
The landmark flight was undertaken with Air Vice Marshal Zeeshan Saeed, Director General of the Pakistan Airports Authority (PAA), onboard an endorsement that underscored the authority’s confidence in the aerodrome’s safety protocols, operational readiness, and compliance with international aviation standards.
Aviation officials said the landing was executed with exceptional precision and professionalism, highlighting the aerodrome’s robust operational framework, technical preparedness, and seamless airside coordination.
