ISLAMABAD, Feb 25 (APP):The Pakistan National Council of the Arts (PNCA) inaugurated a three-day art exhibition titled “Silent Expressions II”, celebrating the creative achievements of hearing-impaired students from across the country.

The exhibition was opened by Ms Wajiha Qamar, Minister of State for Federal Education and Professional Training, and will remain open to the public from February 25-27 at PNCA.

The inauguration ceremony was attended by Nadeem Mahbub, Federal Secretary for Federal Education and Professional Training, while the exhibition was spearheaded by Captain (R) Asif Iqbal Asif, Director General of Special Education (DGSE), underscoring the government’s commitment to inclusive education and professional empowerment.

The artworks on display drew widespread appreciation for their skill and maturity. Muhammad Ayoub Jamali, Director General PNCA, noted that the pieces reflected the standard of professional artists.
