ISLAMABAD, May 04 (APP):Federal Minister of Health Services, Regulations and Coordination, Syed Mustafa Kamal, held a high-level meeting with His Excellency Nawaf bin Said Al-Malki, Ambassador of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to Pakistan, at the Embassy of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia here Monday.
The meeting was convened to review the progress of the landmark King Salman Hospital project and to reaffirm the deep-rooted bonds of fraternity and strategic partnership between Pakistan and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, said a press release.
During the meeting, Minister Syed Mustafa Kamal conveyed special thanks to the Government of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia for its generous and unwavering support to the Health Sector in Pakistan.
The minister emphasized that the establishment of the King Salman Hospital would stand as a powerful symbol of the enduring and brotherly ties between the two nations, and an embodiment of Saudi Arabia’s commitment to the welfare of the people of Pakistan.
Minister Syed Mustafa Kamal categorically assured His Excellency Ambassador Nawaf bin Said Al-Malki that the construction of the King Salman Hospital was being accorded the highest level of governmental attention and priority.
The minister confirmed that he himself was personally overseeing and closely monitoring all aspects of the project’s progress to ensure that it proceeded in accordance with the agreed timelines and quality standards befitting this prestigious initiative. He conveyed with great honor that the Honorable Prime Minister of Pakistan was personally and regularly taking follow-ups on the progress of the King Salman Hospital project, underscoring the immense importance that the highest echelons of the Government of Pakistan attach to this initiative.
