RAWALPINDI, Jan 14 (APP):Minister for Railways, Muhammad Hanif Abbasi accompanied by City Police Officer (CPO) Rawalpindi, Syed Khalid Hamdani visited the Pakistan Kidney and Liver Institute and Research Centre (PKLI) on Wednesday.
The minister inspected various departments of the institute and reviewed in detail the state-of-the-art medical facilities, standard of treatment being provided to patients and overall administrative arrangements.
He appreciated the services being provide at modern diagnostic and treatment and directed the hospital administration to maintain the standard of healthcare services.
CPO Syed Khalid Hamdani termed the advanced medical equipment, patient-friendly atmosphere and quality healthcare services at PKLI highly commendable. He said expert doctors and latest technology are ensuring provision of high-standard treatment to patients suffering from kidney, liver and associated diseases.
“The Punjab government is taking effective steps for betterment of health facilities which are providing real relief to the people” , he added.
Syed Khalid Hamdani congratulated Minister Muhammad Hanif Abbasi and his team for playing an important role in the health sector.
