ISLAMABAD, Dec 27 (APP): Growing Women, under the leadership of Founder and CEO Romana Chaudhry, in collaboration with Care Plus and the Women’s Wing of Rawalpindi Chamber of Commerce & Industry (RWCCI), celebrated under the Christmas Eve with a focus on unity and inclusivity.
The event welcomed Julius Salik, former Federal Minister for Population Welfare and Convener of the World Minorities Alliance (WMA), as the chief guest. Highlighting the importance of national solidarity, he remarked, “The peace and prosperity of the nation is dependent on unity, and we should promote peace and interfaith harmony.”
The celebration went beyond festive cheer, reflecting values essential for both corporate success and societal progress. It emphasized the pivotal role of women leaders and the power of inclusive community engagement.
Prominent attendees included members of the Christian community, Sajidah Basra, Director of Care Plus; Qurtul Ain, President of the Women’s Wing of RWCCI; and Syed Hussain Shah, highlighting the event’s community-oriented and inclusive spirit.
The gathering also showcased the growing influence of women in business and entrepreneurship, underlining their significant impact on both the corporate world and society at large.
