Green Enclave-I allottees meet DG FGEHA; commitment to early project completion reaffirmed

ISLAMABAD, Jun 17 (APP):A delegation of esteemed allottees of Green Enclave-I met with the Director General of Federal Government Employees Housing Authority (FGEHA), Captain (Retd.) Zafar Iqbal, here on Wednesday.
The meeting was held in a cordial and constructive atmosphere, during which various matters pertaining to Green Enclave-I, ongoing development activities, and issues being faced by the allottees were discussed in detail.
Director General attentively listened to the concerns and suggestions of the delegation and assured them that all genuine issues would be addressed on a priority basis.
He stated that FGEHA is making every possible effort to ensure the timely completion of its projects and the execution of quality development works, adding that Green Enclave-I remains one of the Authority’s key priorities.
The meeting was also attended by the Director Technical, Director Joint Venture, the concerned Project Director, Director Administration, and the technical staff of Green Enclave-I.
Director General reiterated that the Authority is utilizing all available resources to ensure the earliest possible completion of the project.
He further informed the delegation that practical measures are being implemented to accelerate various development activities and that the Authority remains committed to keeping the allottees informed of significant progress on a regular basis.
The allottees were assured that substantial and encouraging progress is expected over the next two months, which will further strengthen the process of completion and habitation of Green Enclave-I.
The delegation appreciated the Director General’s personal interest in resolving the issues, his openness to dialogue, and his commitment to the timely completion of the project. They expressed confidence that the Authority’s ongoing efforts would soon yield positive results.
The Director General reaffirmed that FGEHA considers the trust of its allottees as its foremost responsibility and will continue its efforts to safeguard their interests, provide quality residential facilities, and ensure the timely completion of all development projects.
