SARGODHA, June 20 (APP): Federal Parliamentary Secretary Mohsin Shahnawaz Ranjha has said that Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) government was taking serious steps to eradicate poverty and providing relief to the people.
Addressing a ceremony after distributing cheques among 37 needy and deserving people (Rs. 10,000 each) here at Ghous Muhammad Wala on Monday.
He said that Prime Minister Muhammad Nawaz Sharif and Chief Minister Punjab Muhammad Shahbaz Sharif were committed to serve the people on priority basis.
He said that on the special directions of provincial government the district Zakat and Usher department was distributing dowry cheques adding that government was also distributing millions of rupees to the needy people through Easy Paisa.
He further said that PML-N did positive and constructive politics adding that it would make the government after elections 2018 on the basis of development works and progress.
