ISLAMABAD, Jan 23 (APP):Minister for Power Omar Ayub Khan Wednesday said the government was striving to gradually manage the outstanding amount of circular debt in respect of Independent Power Producers (IPPs), which is presently at an amount of Rs807,887 million.
