ISLAMABAD, Dec 5 (APP): Chief Minister Hafiz Hafeez-ur- Rehman says Government was establishing a separate Youth Affairs Department to facilitate youth in Gilgit-Baltistan. Talking to Radio Pakistan, he said Government was determined to enhance skill development of youth and provide jobs. Hafiz-Ur-Rahman said Education department Baltistan has set up an endowment fund to facilitate needy and poor students.
