ISLAMABAD, Apr 15 (APP): State Minister for Parliamentary Affairs, Sheikh Aftab on Friday apprised the National Assembly that the government, under the vision of Prime Minister, was committed to launching maximum development projects in FATA.
Replying to point of order of MNA Junaid Akbar regarding
shifting of funds allocated for Malakand tunnel to other project despite singing of Memorandum of Understating, the minister said that he would reply in detailed after getting required information from concerned ministry.
He said that Rs.19 billion were allocated for development in
FATA in last fiscal year and more funds would be earmarked in next fiscal year.
