Govt committed to provide basic facilities to masses: Aftab

ATTOCK, Mar 11 (APP):Federal Minister for Parliamentary Affairs Sheikh Aftab Ahmad has said that government was committed to provide basic facilities to masses and billions of rupees were being spent in this regard.
He said this while addressing a gathering after inaugurating gas facility to Mohalla Tariqabad , Sikandarpura in Attock
and to village Asghar in Hazro.
On the occassion Chairman Muncipal Committee Attock Sheikh Nasir Mehmood, Senior Vice President PMLN Attock Saleem Shehzad , Coordinator SNGPL Muhammad Hanif Niazi and large number of people from different walk of life were also present .
Sheikh Aftab said that the gas facility will facilitate 1425 families of these areas. He said that this govt has put the country on the
right track of development despite hurdles created by the opponents.
He said that during the last five years record development had taken place and its ample proof was completion of numerous projects while CPEC and Gawadar projects were under completion which would prove game changer in the country and the region as well.
While Talking about the development of the Attock district, he said that gas facility to more than 300 villages has been provided while agriculture university campus has been established and it’s building is under construction at the cost of one billion rupees, Medical College and cancer hospital will also be established here.
He said, we want development of the country and do not believe in the politics of containers and sit ins.
He said that soon PML-N will issue white paper regarding it’s achievements during last five years, soon sui gas projects will be started in Hassanabdal and Fatehjang, he added.
