ISLAMABAD, Oct 5 (APP): Governor Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Iqbal Zafar Jhagra Wednesday called on Interior Minister Chaudhry Nisar Ali Khan and discussed matters relating to overall situation, especially security situation of the province.
The meeting also discussed implementation of National Action Plan (NAP), issue of Afghan refugees and situation in Federally Administered Tribal Areas (FATA). Overall political situation in the country also came under discussion.
The decisions taken during Tuesday’s meeting at Prime
Minister’s Secretariat and need for their quick implementation
was also discussed.
It was also agreed that Minister for Interior would pay a
visit to the province soon to discuss security and NAP issues with the Governor in Peshawar.
