ISLAMABAD, Jun 03 (APP):Governor Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Faisal Karim Kundi Wednesday met with Federal Minister for Railways Muhammad Hanif Abbasi and discussed matters of mutual interest, including railway reforms, national development and public welfare initiatives.
During the meeting, Kundi appreciated the ongoing reform measures and improvement initiatives being undertaken in Pakistan Railways, describing them as important steps towards enhancing public convenience and service delivery.
He said that reforms in the railway sector were helping improve travel facilities and restoring public confidence in the national transport system.
Governor Kundi expressed hope that continued modernization and administrative improvements would further strengthen the performance of Pakistan Railways.
The two leaders also exchanged views on the country’s overall political and economic situation, as well as measures aimed at addressing public issues and improving governance.
