ISLAMABAD, Oct 29 (APP):Students from the Federal Urdu University of Arts, Science and Technology (FUUAST) on Wednesday visited the “Pak-Turk Friendship Week” event, organized under the Prime Minister’s Youth Programme (PYMP) in collaboration with the Pakistan National Council of the Arts (PNCA).
During their visit, the students of the Department of Mass Communication and International Relations (IR) watched a Turkish movie showcasing Turkey’s rich history and culture.
The students praised the film’s high-quality production, script and acting, and appreciated the opportunity to learn about Turkey’s culture and history.
The students expressed their gratitude to the University administration for providing them with this learning experience and hoped for more such opportunities in the future.
Assistant Professor Dr. Sikandar Zarin, who supervised the visit, said that cultural exchanges through art and cinema play a vital role in strengthening relations between the youth of friendly countries.
“We aim to engage students in news, production, digital media and film through hands-on platforms. Today’s visit is one such step,” he said.
