ISLAMABAD, Jan 1 (APP):Funeral prayer of former Chairman Joint Chiefs of Staff Committee (JCSC), Gen (retd) Khalid Shameem Wynne was offered at Lahore Garrison on Monday.
Chairman JCSC, Chief of Army Staff, General Qamar Javed Bajwa, Corps Commander Lahore, Lt Gen Aamer Riaz and large number of civil and military personnel including senior retired army officers attended the funeral, an Inter-Services Public Relations statement said.
Later, the deceased general was buried in Lahore with full military honor.
