ISLAMABAD, May 29 (APP):At least five members of a family sustained burn injures when a gas cylinder exploded here on Friday inside a house in the I-10 sector of the federal capital.
According to details, rescue officials informed the blast caused panic in the area as the flames quickly spread within the house, local media channel reported.
Rescue teams and police immediately reached at the scene. The injured were provided initial medical assistance on the spot before being shifted to a nearby hospital.
Authorities have initiated an investigation to figure out exact cause of the explosion, while rescue operation was completed after ensuring security of the affected area
