ISLAMABAD, Nov 12 (APP): The inaugural International Qirat Competition is set to commence Thursday at the National University of Modern Languages (NUML), bringing together participants from more than 50 countries.
The four-day event is being organized by the Ministry of Religious Affairs and aims to promote the art of Quranic recitation on a global scale.
According to the organizers, the competition will feature contestants, showcasing their recitation skills before an international panel of judges.
The prize distribution ceremony is scheduled for November 29.
