Firdous rejects PML-N narrative of Rana Sanaullah’s victimization

ISLAMABAD, Jul 3 (APP):Special Assistant to Prime Minister on Information and Broadcasting Dr Firdous Ashiq Awan said on Wednesday that Prime Minister Imran Khan was given mandate by the people of Pakistan for ensuring rule of law, strengthening the national institutions, and equal implementation of law for the rich and poor.

Talking to media here she rejected the opposition’s narrative of victimization of PML-N leader Rana Sanaullah and said the officials of Anti Narcotics Force (ANF) acted against a powerful mafia .

She said his party should have disassociated from him for his involvement in drug smuggling, but they were defending him which was unjustified. She said that a section of media instead of condemning this act had started giving angles to the incident.
