On the directions of the Director General, Federal Government Employees Housing Authority (FGEHA), Captain (Retd.) Zafar Iqbal, a dignified ceremony was held to distribute allotment letters among the affected allottees of Sector G-15/3.
FGEHA retrieves 132 kanals land in G-15/3; distributes allotment letters among 38 affected allottees

ISLAMABAD, Aug 06 (APP): On the directions of the Director General, Federal Government Employees Housing Authority (FGEHA), Captain (Retd.) Zafar Iqbal, a dignified ceremony was held to distribute allotment letters among the affected allottees of Sector G-15/3.

The ceremony was attended by Almas Sabeeh Saqib, Deputy Commissioner/Land Acquisition Collector (DC/LAC); Lt. (Retd.) Saad Bin Asad, Director Land and Enforcement; Anjum Aqeel Khan, Member of the National Assembly; senior officers of FGEHA, representatives of the Public Relations Section, relevant officials, affected allottees, and a large number of allottees.

During the ceremony, it was announced that FGEHA had successfully retrieved 132 kanals of government land in Sector G-15/3 through a successful anti-encroachment operation. The operation was carried out under the supervision of Almas Sabeeh Saqib, Deputy Commissioner/Land Acquisition Collector, and Lt. (Retd.) Saad Bin Asad, Director Land and Enforcement.

As part of the ceremony, allotment letters and related documents were formally handed over to 38 affected allottees whose plots were adjusted against the retrieved land. The distribution was conducted in the presence of Anjum Aqeel Khan, MNA.
Speaking on the occasion, Almas Sabeeh Saqib, Deputy Commissioner/Land Acquisition Collector, stated that the distribution of allotment letters to the affected allottees of Sector G-15/3 marked a significant milestone in fulfilling the commitments made by the Director General, FGEHA, Captain (Retd.) Zafar Iqbal, to the allottees.
He emphasized that the Authority remains committed to transparency, merit, and public-friendly policies while ensuring the timely completion of development projects, maintaining high construction standards, and providing quality facilities to allottees.
The Chief Guest, Anjum Aqeel Khan, Member of the National Assembly, appreciated the performance of FGEHA and remarked that the distribution of allotment letters would further strengthen the confidence of the affected allottees and accelerate the overall development of the project.
He expressed confidence that, under the leadership of Captain (Retd.) Zafar Iqbal, development activities would continue at an enhanced pace, enabling allottees to benefit from their properties with modern infrastructure and essential civic amenities at the earliest.
The affected allottees and participants expressed their appreciation for the efforts of the FGEHA administration and described the initiative as a highly positive step. They particularly acknowledged the leadership of Captain (Retd.) Zafar Iqbal, Director General, and the continued support of Anjum Aqeel Khan, expressing confidence that the Authority would continue to implement its projects with transparency, merit, and a strong commitment to public service.
At the conclusion, Almas Sabeeh Saqib, Deputy Commissioner/Land Acquisition Collector, and Lt. (Retd.) Saad Bin Asad, Director Land and Enforcement, thanked the Chief Guest, distinguished allottees, and all participants. They reaffirmed FGEHA’s commitment to providing quality, secure, and modern housing facilities to federal government employees and other allottees while discharging its responsibilities with integrity, transparency, and professionalism.
