ISLAMABAD, Jul 30 (APP): Federal Minister for National Heritage and Culture, Mr. Aurangzeb Khan Khichi Wednesday, inaugurated the thought-provoking art exhibition ‘Seeing, (Seen)’ on Wednesday at the Pakistan National Council of the Arts (PNCA), Islamabad.
