ISLAMABAD, Oct 16 (APP): The Federal Directorate of Immunization (FDI) and the Expanded Programme on Immunization (EPI) Balochistan have reaffirmed their commitment to strengthening coordination to improve vaccination coverage and ensure equitable access to immunisation services across the country.
The commitment was expressed during a meeting between EPI Balochistan Provincial Coordinator Dr. Aftab Hussain Kakar and FDI Director General Dr. Musa Khan, who discussed key programme priorities and strategies for improving immunisation outcomes.

Dr. Aftab Hussain Kakar appreciated the leadership of the FDI and reaffirmed EPI Balochistan’s commitment to improving routine immunisation and reaching children in remote and underserved areas through closer coordination with the federal government.
The discussions focused on strengthening programme implementation and ensuring that immunisation services reach eligible children across different regions without geographical or socioeconomic barriers.
