Farrukh criticizes last PML-N govt for zero progress in AJK

ISLAMABAD, Jul 12 (APP): Minister of State for Information & Broadcasting, Farrukh Habib on Monday criticized the last government of Pakistan Muslim League-N, for doing zero progress in Azad Jammu and Kashmir.

Bilawal Bhutto Zardari has left the campaign for AJK upcoming elections due to less number of candidates, he said while talking to a private television channel.
The Opposition leaders had lost the popularity among masses because of weak performance, he added.

Commenting on Bilawal Bhutto’s visit to US, he said the Pakistan Peoples Party had an old practice of lobbying in USA to seek power in Pakistan.

He said the entire nation knows about the corruption cases of Sharif family and leaders of PPP. Replying to a question about slow pace of accountability process, he said national accountability bureau (NAB), has recovered more than Rs.450 billion from corrupt elements.

The people have given heavy mandate to the government of Pakistan Tehreek e Insaf (PTI), for continuing the process of accountability against corrupt people, he stated.

To another question about AJK elections, he said the PTI had vote bank in these areas and hoped that candidates of the PTI would win elections in AJK due to delivery and performance.
