LAHORE, Dec 08 (APP): Environment Protection Department Punjab team sealed a factory and its two godowns for preparing plastic material through hospitals’ waste.
According to the sources on Tuesday, The DG Environment Dr Javed along with his team raided on the factory. Later, he said the problem had been overcome to a large extent but these people worked secretly and a strategy was being evolved for its eradication.
The plastic of hospitals’ waste was of A-grade but the mafia after purchasing it at cheaper rate wash it with water and crush it, through which various items were prepared.
Therefore, teams had been constituted for checking hospitals, he added.
